How to upload medical claim with NOW application?

1. You should download NOW application. For iPhone press here and for Android press here.
2. Choose “SUBMIT A CLAIM” tab.

3. In “Two letter prefix” section, choose EU; in “kind of plan” section choose WORLD-CARE. Inpatient under 500$- means every procedure you have while you are hospitalized and its cost is under 500$. If you had been hospitalized and the costs were over 500$ you can sent a claim through the application.

4. Now you should fill all your personal information and medical treatment details:

 * choose which type of service you received:

Outpatient – regular visit at the doctor (example in case of
ear infection or flu)

Routine check-up – regular checkup that not because of accident or disease (example -  routine blood tests or vaccines)

5. Next step, you should fill your bank account detail to get the payment from the insurance company:

 6. In this screen, you should upload all the relevant document from your visit – diagnosis, doctor approval, invoice, etc.

7. After we will upload all the documents we have, we can press “NEXT”.
8. The last step – you should approve all the details you just gave.
